Accessories—including swings, slides, and the KKS Shade System—are covered under a 5-Year Warranty Program for manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.
The KKPS Warranty Program applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover damage resulting from improper care, maintenance, misuse, normal wear and tear, or natural events such as floods, hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, tornadoes, or lightning.
If a play system requires attention under the Warranty Program, a technician will be scheduled to inspect the system and file the necessary documentation with the manufacturer. Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
