KOOL KID SHADY WARRANTY PROGRAM

Kool Kid Shady Play Systems 10-year warranty program provides coverage to the original owner at the originally installed location for the structural components of the system, from the original date of purchase.

Accessories such as swings, slides, and the KKS Shade System are covered under a 5-year Warranty Program for manufacturer defects from the original date of purchase.

The KKPS Warranty Program covers manufacturer defects only and does not provide coverage for damage resulting from improper care and maintenance, misuse, normal wear and tear and any act of nature (i.e., floods, hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, tornadoes, or lightening).

In the event the Play System requires attention under the Warranty Program, a technician will be scheduled to examine the Play System and file the appropriate document with the manufacturer to remedy the situation in a timely manner, by either repairing or replacing the defective part.
